Presentation
The conference will include about 30 invited lectures plus contributed communications in oral and poster formats.
A limited number of contributed communications will be selected for oral presentations.
Time allotted for the oral presentation is as follows:
- invited plenary talks - 30 min. (including discussion)
- "Young & Brilliant" session plenary talks - 20 min. (including discussion)
- invited talks during concurrent sessions - 30 min. (including discussion)
- short oral presentation - 15 min. (including discussion)
All conference rooms are equipped with computers running Microsoft Windows. Speakers are kindly asked either to copy their presentation (preferably in PDF format) to the computer in the respective room or to test the compatibility of their laptop with the projection equipment at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the session. The session's Chairman and the technical team will provide you with appropriate support.
The projectors in the conference rooms will be configured for 4:3 slide aspect ratios. The projector will display presentations with different aspect ratios by adding black margins on top and bottom.
Poster communications will be divided into two sessions. Stand 122 cm high and 97 cm wide will be provided for poster presentation. Optimal size of poster is A0 in portrait orientation. Posters should be removed immediately after the poster session.
