Terms and conditions for participation in the Scientific Exhibition and for advertisement campaigns at the European Conference Physics of Magnetism 2023 (PM'23)

§1. The Conference is organized jointly by the Faculty of Physics of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and the Institute of Molecular Physics of the Polish Academy of Sciences which are thereafter referred to as "Organizers".
§2. The term "Exhibitor/Advertiser" refers to any person, company or any other entity which applies for exhibition space or advertisement during the PM'23 Conference.
§3. The "Acceptance of Submission" is the document which confirms the participation in the scientific exhibition or gives advertisement rights during the PM'23. The Organizers reserve the right to cancel the submission within two weeks from the registration. The Organizers are not obliged to specify reason for such a rejection.
§4. All advertising materials selected in the application form, should be sent to the Conference Office (Institute of Molecular Physics, Polish Academy of Sciences, M. Smoluchowskiego 17, 60-179 Poznań, Poland with a note PM23EXPO) by the May 12^th, 2023.
§5. All charges are summarized in the registration form. The fees have to be paid in Polish zloty (PLN). Please note that all prices do not include VAT and are shown using the daily euro exchange rate. The Advertiser must pay the total fee (including VAT) by March 31^st, 2023. The Exhibitor has to pay at least 50% of the total fee by the end of March 2023. The full amount should be transferred to the Organizers by the end of May 2023.
§6. Upon reception of an application and prepayment of 50% of the total fee the Organizers will issue a "Confirmation of Exhibition Space Allocation". This will serve as a legally binding contract between the Organizers and the Exhibitor.
§7. In case the Exhibitor wishes to cancel his/her participation in the Exhibition, he/she is obliged to submit a written renouncement to the Organizers. If received before June 15^th, 2023, 50% of the total fee will be reimbursed. There will be no refund for renouncements received after June 15^th.
§8. The Organizers reserve the right to cancel the contract by returning the payment within 30 days from the reception of the payment. The Organizers are not obliged to specify a reason for the cancellation.
§9. The Organizers reserve the rights to choose the layout of the exhibition's space and the location of the Exhibitor's booth. The Organizers will provide standard stands for the exhibition (approx. 8-10 sqm). The stands will be provided with a power supply socket. Wi-fi internet access is available throughout the University Campus. Custom designed stands must be approved by the Organizers.
§10. In certain unforeseen circumstances the Organizers reserve the right to change the duration of the exhibition and the exhibition hours.
§11. The Organizers will provide security on the venue but will not accept liability for loss or damage.
§12. The Exhibitor is obliged to comply with requests from the Organizers concerning the management of the exhibition.
§13. The Exhibitor bears the responsibility for all the items in his/her exhibition space. The equipment of the exhibition should be sent by the Exhibitor by the June 15^th, 2023 to the Conference location (Adam Mickiewicz University/Faculty of Physics, Uniwersytetu Poznańskiego 2, 61-614 Poznań, Poland with a note PM23EXPO), at the expense and responsibility of the Exhibitor.
§14. All persons registered by the Exhibitor using the application form will be entitled to take part in all of the conference activities.
§15. Issues not covered in "Terms and conditions..." will be investigated by the Organizers.
