Terms and conditions for participation in the Scientific Exhibition and for advertisement campaigns at the European Conference Physics of Magnetism 2021 (PM'21)

§1. The Conference is organized jointly by the Institute of Molecular Physics of the Polish Academy of Sciences and the Faculty of Physics of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań which are thereafter referred to as "Organizers".
§2. The term "Exhibitor/Advertiser" refers to any person, company or any other entity which applies for the virtual booth or advertisement during the PM'21 Conference.
§3. The acceptance of the submission is the document that confirms participation in the scientific meeting or gives advertisement rights during the PM'21. The Organizers reserve the right to cancel the submission within two weeks from the registration. The Organizers are not obliged to specify the reason for such rejection.
§4. All advertising materials selected in the application form, should be sent via e-mail to the Conference Office: pmexpo21@ifmpan.poznan.pl by the 12^th May, 2021.
§5. The Advertiser must pay the total fee (including VAT) by April 30^th 2021. The Exhibitor has to pay at least 50% of the total fee by the end of April 2021. The full amount due should be transferred to the Organizers by the end of May 2021.
§6. Upon reception of an application and prepayment of 50% of the total fee, the Organizers will issue a confirmation of the participation in the virtual meeting due to the booth. This will serve as a legally binding contract between the Organizers and the Exhibitor.
§7. In case the Exhibitor wishes to cancel his/her participation in the Exhibition, he/she is obliged to submit a written renouncement to the Organizers. If received before June 15^th, 2021, 50% of the total fee will be reimbursed. There will be no refund for renouncements received after June 15^th.
§8. The Organizers reserve the right to cancel the contract by returning the payment within 30 days from the reception of the payment. The Organizers are not obliged to specify a reason for the cancellation.
§9. The Organizers will proivde a virtual booth during the conference within the time period previously agreed upon with the exhibitors. The Exhibitors will correspondingly oblige by securing access to a high-speed access point from their side.
§10. All persons registered by the Exhibitor using the application form will be entitled to take part in all of the conference activities.
§11. Issues not covered in "Terms and conditions..." will be investigated by the Organizers.
§12. The virtual booth will be made using video conference commercial software.
