Personal data protection policy

Information Clause

In accordance with art 13 section 1 and 2 of Resolution of the European Parliament and Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (Official Journal. EU L 119/1 of 4.5.2016), hereafter called GDPR, The organizers hereby provide the information that:

  1. Your personal data administrator is the Institute of Molecular Physics of the Polish Academy of Sciences, Mariana Smoluchowskiego 17 st., 60-179 Poznań, Poland. NIP: 777-00-20-870, REGON: 000557990.
  2. Your personal data will be processed for the duration of the conference.
  3. You are entitled to request from the administrator access to your personal data, its rectification, removal or limitation of processing. Furthermore, you have the right to file a complaint against your data processing and the right to transfer your data.
  4. You can withdraw your consent at any moment. The aforementioned does not affect the compliance with the law of all the acts made prior to the withdrawal of your consent.
  5. You have the right to file a complaint to a supervisory authority - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
  6. Provision of the personal data is voluntary, but necessary to execute and perform the contract.
  7. Your data will not be disclosed to any entities other than entities authorised to receive your data on the basis of relevant provisions of law.
  8. The Administrator will not disclose your personal data to recipients in third party countries or to international organizations.

 

Regulations of the online Conference fee payment

  1. On-line payments (bank transfers and payments using cards) are made through Przelewy24 service.
  2. All the information about the payments, together with additional explanations are available on the web site https://www.przelewy24.pl/en
  3. The properly fulfilled payment procedure ends with Przelewy24 confirmation and have an effect of correct registration in a scientific meeting.
  4. The payment is in effect when the money reach the Przelewy24 account or confirmation related to the payment is sent from an intermediary institution, i.e. bank.
  5. In case of the complaint, a letter of complaint that should contain all the needed information of your payment (i.e. number of your payment, amount, date) is being sent to Przelewy24 service.
  6. The Conference office do not bear the responsibility for incorrect payment operations as well as for any obstructions and delays in money transfer which are related to technical problems or policy of intermediary institutions.
  7. The proper court for a litigation judgement is the main court located in the defendant area.
  8. In unregulated cases, the regulations of Civil Code are applied.

 

Regulations of money return in case of cancellation

  1. In case of cancellation of your participation in the Conference by May 29th, 2023, the registration fee will be returned.
  2. In case of cancellation, after May 29th, 2023, no refund of the registration fee will be made.
  3. The person who cancels the participation, after receiving the confirmation have to disclose the number of the proper bank account to make the money transfer possible.
  4. Return of the money will be done within 10 working days.

 

Regulations concerning complaints

  1. Complaints regarding the conference participation service should be submitted by email to pm23@ifmpan.poznan.pl.
  2. Complaints will be processed within a maximum of 7 working days.
