On September 17-22, 2022, a delegation from the Greater Poland Voivodeship headed by Marshal Marek Woźniak took part in a study trip to California. The study visit contributed to the wider promotion of the regional brand of "H2GreaterPoland - hydrogen direction". The trip agenda scheduled participation in the "RE+ 2022" trade fair, a visit to the Tesla Fremont Factory, and numerous meetings, incl. discussions with businessmen, the Polish Community Abroad or the Polish Consul in Los Angeles. During the stay, activities and projects based on low-emission technologies, incl. the use of hydrogen, were discussed and promoted.
The visit was attended by (in the picture from the left): Adam Rachocki - the Deputy Director for Scientific Affairs at the Institute of Molecular Physics of the Polish Academy of Sciences, Adam Lewandowski - the Mayor of Śrem, Jacek Bogusławski - a Board Member of the Greater Poland Voivodeship and the Chairman of the Hydrogen Platform in the region, Marek Woźniak - the Marshal of the Greater Poland Voivodeship, Piotr Głowski - the President of Piła, Piotr Korytkowski - the President of Konin, Michał Wieczorowski - the Vice-Rector for Development and Cooperation with Business and Industry at the Poznań University of Technology, Krystian Kinastowski - the President of Kalisz.
